30 Days Challenge #1: Red Meat

I’m starting a series of 30 Days Challenges either to gain a new healthy habit or to quit an unhealthy one.

Challenge #1 is about my diet and I’ll try to stay away from red meat for 30 days.

Decided and started that yesterday; so goal is 1st of August.
